Sympatex® is a lightweight, ultra-thin, non-porous hydrophilic membrane that is totally waterproof, totally windproof, and highly breathable. It is the lightest, most flexible such membrane in the world.

The Milair® coating is a hydrophilic polymer applied to a range of fabrics. Its molecular structure allows water vapour, i.e. perspiration, to pass through the fabric but it will not allow water from the atmosphere to penetrate to the wearer.
